Raaste weights each violation by how much it obstructs traffic, lines hotspots up against real congestion events, surfaces enforcement blind spots, forecasts violation intensity by hour and day, and splits the worst corners into deployable patrol routes — all the way down to a constable’s field mode on the phone.
